The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 341, 323, 384 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have demanded extortion and forcibly took Rs. 8000/- from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner is a friend of the informant and, on account of petty dispute, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is in jail since 25.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
