The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.10.2018. He further submits that the arms was recovered from the possession of co-accused Manish Kumar and not from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.10.2018 and also the fact that the arms was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1510 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P. K. Malviya, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018.
