For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, Adv. For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Atul Chandra, (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Perused the report of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, dated 24.11.2014 from which it appears that 13 out of 15 witnesses have been examined.
In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing prayer for bail of the Petitioner at this stage in connection with Sessions Trial No. 511 of 2013 arising out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 42 of 2012 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, III, Danapur.
The Prayer for bail is rejected.
