JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 08.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and there is allegation that the deceased was subjected to cruelty and harassment due to non-fulfillment of illegal demand and subsequently, she was killed within seven years of her marriage and her dead body was disposed of without giving any information to the natal people of the deceased. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case no. 30/2014 pending in the court of Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj District Rohtas/concerned court stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to
