The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 284 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 354 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 284 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
