JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-364, 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first informant report nor any person has seen actual killing of the deceased but in course of investigation, the statements of informant and some other witnesses were recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which, they expressed their suspicion against the petitioner and others on the ground of previous dispute and enmity and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is

No.12511 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Suryagarha P.S.
