The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested and from his possession arms and other articles were recovered. The petitioner was not put on test identification parade. The petitioner was remanded in this case since 14.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist-cum-Additional Munsif-IV, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Dawath P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014.
