The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

At the instigation of petitioner and Bhanu Singh coaccused Pradeep Singh is said to have fired causing injury to the informant. Co-accused Bimal Singh is also alleged to have fired. The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2015. The petitioner as an order giver has remained in jail for more than five and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
