The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 (G.R. No. 165 of 2018) for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered against unknown. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2018. Considering the fact that the case was registered against unknown and the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway
