ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 19.2.2015 by which the Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd, Barh, Patna, in Sessions Trial No. 401 of 1987 refused to include the period of his custody from 15.11.2008 to 31.7.2009. The admitted position is that the Petitioner was remanded in the present on 5.5.2011 from another case and, hence, there was no reason of counting that period with reference to this case. Hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
