JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.01.2016 in a case registered under section 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he used to tease the informant and when she made protest, she was slapped and her bag was snatched by the petitioner.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that no such occurrence as alleged in the first information report did ever take place and only hot exchange of words between the petitioner and the informant had taken place due to which the informant has lodged this false case against the petitioner making aforesaid allegation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11496 of 2016 (2) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Mufassil P.S.Case No. 453 of 2015.
