The present application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. being Kishanganj P. S. Case No.549 of 2019 dated 19.11.2019 giving rise to Special Case No.30 of 2019 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

After some argument, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application with a liberty to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
