Ramjee Pd. v. Ram Chandra Pd.
Patna High Court FA No.498 of 1986 (14) dt.17-03-2017
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA
First Appeal No.498 of 1986 ====================================================== Ramjee Pd.
.... .... Appellant/s
Versus
Ram Chandra Pd.
.... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Appellant/s : Mr. Vijayeshwar Nr.Sinha For the Respondent/s : Mr.
====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 17-03-2017 Perused the office note dated 16.03.2017.
It appears that the stamp reporter pointed out defects on 21.04.1988. Thereafter the appellant was directed to remove the said defects and repeated orders are being passed either by the Joint Registrar (Judicial) or by the Bench. On 05.10.2015 the Bench directed the appellant to remove defect nos.1 to 3 within one month. When it was not complied with, again on 10.02.2017 further one month time was granted to remove defect nos.1 to 3 but still today the same has not been complied with. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case that the appellant is neither complying the order of the Joint Registrar (Judicial) nor the order of the Court, therefore, this first appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of the order passed by the Court.
