JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and the informant claims in her fardbyan that it was husband of the deceased, who used to assault the deceased and, committed her murder. So far as petitioner is concerned; it is only stated that he along with others, helped husband of the deceased in disposing of dead body of the deceased.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11553 of 2016 (2) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 192 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi.
