The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court. This is the second attempt. It appears from the report dated 14.02.2019 of Additional District & Sessions Judge-13, East Champaran at Motihari that the trial is underway and out of the twelve witnesses, seven witnesses including the informant have been examined. Two unofficial witnesses and three official witnesses are yet to be examined. Summons have already been issued to the remaining witnesses.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to hold the trial on day-to-
