JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen T.V. has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a bona fide purchaser and, as a matter of fact, he was not aware about this fact that the seized T.V. was stolen property.

It is further submitted that except the present case as well as Alamganj P.S. Case No.293 of 2007, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.11692 of 2016 (2) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S.
