The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner firstly assaulted him with butt of the pistol and when he raised alarm, the petitioner fired which hit on his thigh.

It is submitted that the injuries are simple in nature.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not dispute this fact and submitted that the injury is caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is in jail since 03.03.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21932 of 2015 (3) dt.08-09-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015.
