P.S.Case No. 12 of 2016 under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code for loot of a motorcycle and a mobile as also Rs. One lac cash but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner lodged the aforesaid false case with a view to digest Rs.3,04,500/- of his employer and on the basis of his confessional statement, the so called looted mobile, motorcycle and cash were recovered from his house. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.01.2015.
