The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Naugachiya P.S. Case No.29 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Investigating Officer has submitted charge sheet before the court. The petitioner would be presumed to be absconding in the matter, and therefore, no case for anticipatory bail is made out. Taking into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
