2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kisanpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379, 34 of the IPC.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 11.02.2023, while the informant was on way to home from Ghoghardiha, three motorcycle borne accused persons pushed the motorcycle of the Informant from behind due to which he fell down. Thereafter, one of the accused persons came towards him, took his motorcycle and fled away. The other two accused persons also fled away from there on their own motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

He submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in the present case on the disclosure made in Laukahi (Narahiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2023. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents in which he is bail.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the entire facts and circumstance of the case and taking into account the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kisanpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2023.
