JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and others are said to have demanded Rangdari tax from the informant and also assaulted him and it is stated that while leaving the place of occurrence, petitioner took out cash from the cash box of the informant' shop. It appears that except the present case as well as one Bahera P.S.Case No.111 of 2013, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and, moreover, except the allegation of taking out of cash, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13215 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 Bahera P.S.Case No. 573 of 2015.
