The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahua P. S. Case No. 326 of 2015 registered under Sections 392, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation as also the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation and discloser made by some of accused persons, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
