2. Pursuant to the previous order, affidavit personally affirmed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas has been filed. The stand taken is that as per the mandate of order dated 20.07.2016 passed in CWJC No.1300 of 2016, the encroachments, including debris have been removed.

3. The position is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view thereof, nothing further remains in the

Patna High Court MJC No.1226 of 2017(9) dt.07-11-2019 3/3 present application and accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

5. The Court would only observe that the district authorities, both civil and police are obliged to ensure that on the land in question no fresh encroachment crops up. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- U
