2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Kesare Hind land could not be settled, but by virtue of adverse possession, a person has the right to claim ownership of the land.

3. Without entering into the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the present Writ Petition, granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1385 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 declaration of his title.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
