After considering the submissions, it is evident that the petitioner has approached this Court for grant of bail after rejection of the prayer for bail earlier on two occasions. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted and the trial has commenced but the prosecution has failed to examine all the witnesses. After considering the submissions and the facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with S.Tr.
