The learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Rohtas at Sasaram has requested to extend the period for concluding the trial as only three witnesses are to be examined.

Three months time is allowed to conclude the trial. The S.P., Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to ensure the attendance of all the three witnesses, so that the trial must conclude within three months.
