For the Petitioner/s : Smt. Rina Sinha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Uday Pratap Singh(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.
29-04-2015 Heard Smt. Rina Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier on 23-09-2014, vide Cr. Misc. No. 21341 of 2014, considering the seriousness of the offences and material on record, the prayer for bail of this petitioner alongwith other two bail petitions were dismissed by a reasoned order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier while bail petition was rejected, trial had not commenced, however; subsequently, in the month of February, 2015, charges have already been framed.
In view of the fact that on seriousness of accusation and material on record, on merit, the prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19880 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 petitioner was rejected earlier, there is no reason to entertain the present petition. Since trial has already commenced, at the time of dismissing the present petition, it is desirable to observe that learned trial court considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody may take step so that the case may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay.
With above observation, the bail petition again stands rejected.
