Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with CI-1846 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be father-in-law.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation against the petition and he is aged about 72 years.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2937 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with CI-1846 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
