Learned counsel for the petitioner wants the quashing of the entire prosecution including the order dated 20.12.2005. The same was filed in the year 2017 and learned counsel is not able to point out the stage of the case.

It seems that the only purpose of filing this writ application is to delay the trial.

I find no merit in this application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial in the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.709 of 2017(3) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 present case within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and send a report to this Court after three months.
