The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2019 in connection with G.R. No. 1414 of 2019 arising out of Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering the fact that the alleged recoveries were made from the bush and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VII cum Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with G.R.
