1 kg. Ganja has been seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that he happens to be in custody from 25.2.2015.

From para-3 of the petition, it is apparent that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Taking into account the quantity of Ganja which is small one as identified in the Statute, the petitioner Gautam Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U P.S.Case No.59 of 2015 giving rise to G.O. Case No.13 of 2015.
