The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 21.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 498A, 452, 420, 406, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Basic accusation is of torture after 21 years of marriage and snatching jewellaries and other articles of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and at earlier point of time the informant filed two cases being Parihar P.S. Case No.161/2013 and Parihar P.S. Case No.66/2015 levelling accusation under section 498A of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13013 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 Code.

Considering the nature of accusation levelled after 21 years of marriage and the fact that earlier also two cases were lodged by the informant with similar accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.179/2015.
