JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act. Petitioner happens to be Chairman of PACS and according to prosecution case itself, the alleged recovery was made from a mill as well as from the shop of a P.D.S. dealer. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.02.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv
