Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act. Petitioner happens to be Chairman of PACS and according to prosecution case itself, the alleged recovery was made from a mill as well as from the shop of a P.D.S. dealer. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.02.2016.
