JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught just after the alleged occurrence of dacoity, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Chakiya P.S.Case No.252 of 2013, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, East Champarann at Motihari stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
