JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the order of this Court has been complied with inasmuch as an order dated 29.12.2018 has been passed by the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, nonetheless, since the case of the petitioner has been rejected, he be permitted to challenge the same.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order
