The petitioner seeks bail in Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 9 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that his brother Anil Kumar was returning, the petitioner along with Shyambihari Singh and Sujit Kumar rush to him. The petitioner Bipin Singh caught collar of Anil Kumar and Shyambihari Singh fired in the temple and Sujit Kumar fired in the abdomen of the deceased Anil Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year.

No.5271 of 2015 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 9 of 2013.
