Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the first information report with allegation of loot but having more or less similar allegation one coaccused Md. Kajim has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 5.1.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no.01/2016. Both petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 14.1.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
