JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 (S.T. No. 104 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner has approached this Court for grant of bail and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.04.2019 rejected the prayer for grant of bail with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after nine months, in the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period. It is admitted position that the trial has not concluded as yet.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2618 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Araria in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 (S.T. No. 104 of 2019).
