JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 29-04-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 27(A), 29 of the NDPS Act.

830 kgs. Ganja were recovered from a truck being driven by this petitioner.

The report of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, West Champaran, Bettiah dated 02.04.2015 suggests that all the witnesses have been examined but the report of the FLS is awaited.

It is expected from the Director, FSL, Patna, Bihar to transmit the report in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 03 of 2013, Trial No. 46 of 2013 as soon as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4227 of 2015 (03) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 possible.

Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
