The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1b)a 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.09.2018. In the instant case one country made pistol with live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.09.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
