JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1272 of 2019 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching the bag of the informant containing cheque book and passbook of the State Bank of India, Driving Licence, Identity Card, Owner book of the motorcycle and a pocket purse containing Rs.13,400/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.10.2019.

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1272 of 2019.
