The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Muffasil).P.S. Case No. 562 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Raja Ram Yadav alleged that the petitioner made indiscriminating firing on Nitish Kumar and Heena Devi. It is submitted that Nitish Kumar did not receive any injury, as the Investigating Officer has not incorporated injury in the case diary. Heena Devi sustained one lacerated wound and abrasion, which are opined simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts that the petitioner is in jail since 15.09.2014, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5416 of 2015 (4) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 562/2014.
