Petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2016 in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No.175 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504 of the IPC.
As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged therein that on 07.06.2015, the informant received the information that petitioner along with the other co-accused persons are fighting at her house and when she reached there and found that accused Rekha Devi, Akash Sah gave knife blow in stomach of the husband of the informant whereas her Dewar Ganesh Sah was assaulted with Khanti.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16314 of 2016 (3) dt.23-05-2016 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2016. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. It is a case and a counter case between the parties. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. Injury on the petitioner's side has not been explained by the prosecution. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No.175 of 2015.
