Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, petitioner was arrested in connection with Dumaria P.S.Case No. 73 of 2015 in which he confessed his guilt and also disclosed his involvement in the present case and, thereafter, he was remanded in the present case on 14.12.2016 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. The kidnapped victim has also not named the petitioner. . Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
