2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the instigation of co-accused Raju Kumar and Ravi Kumar, this petitioner alongwith co-accused Vicky Yadav assaulted the son of the informant by means of iron rod. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9400 of 2024(4) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 529 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
