Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32585 of 2013 dt.03-08-2016 2 / 2 Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners have sought for quashing of the first information report of Doriganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2011 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 448, 354, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
