The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The brother of deceased made allegation that Rajesh Mandal, husband of deceased, along with petitioner and other accused persons killed his sister.
It is submitted that it has come that deceased died of poisoning. The deceased has got five children and children of the deceased made statement that on account of family feud the deceased consumed poison. The husband of deceased has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12218 of 2015. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.
