2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Katoria (Jaipur) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated for assaulting the informant for refusing to sit on the motorcycle of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners caught the hands of the informant with an intention to outrage her modesty. On raising alarm by the informant the petitioners fled away threatening to kill her if she disclose the matter to anyone. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
