The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 420, 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he came across with one Pradip Kumar who claimed himself to be an Army Officer. Pradip Kumar gave a mobile number and assured him to provide job in the army. On his assurance the informant deposited money in the name of different persons. The petitioner, Dhanjee Singh and Satyendra Singh also went to collect Rs. 01/- lac from the informant but both were apprehended.

It is submitted that the petitioner has not ever assured the informant to provide job. The informant never paid any money to the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20744 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 25.3.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Richa Bhargav, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sasaram, District- Rohtas in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015.
