The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Excise Case No. 961 of 2019 arising out of Purnia Sadar P.S. Case No. 581 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 57.17 ltrs of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two
